Products and purchases

Late Hours makes software and footage packs. Product pages describe what’s included, supported systems and usage rights. Check those details before purchasing.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. The final price, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Its checkout terms also apply.

Phosphor

A Phosphor Pro purchase licences the software for use within the activation limit shown with your purchase. You can use it to make personal and commercial work. You retain ownership of your own footage and output.

Don’t share, resell or publish licence keys, or distribute the software as your own product. Deactivate a Mac before moving an activation to another machine. Contact us if you need help transferring an activation.

Only the features and supported hosts listed with the product are included. Future features, platforms and major versions aren’t promised unless we explicitly include them with your purchase.

Tube Kit Vol. 1

You can use the clips in personal and commercial projects, including films, ads, music videos, streams and games. You can edit them and include them in finished work. Credit is optional.

You may not resell or redistribute the source clips, modified source clips, or the pack itself as a footage or asset download. Using a clip in your finished video is allowed.

Downloads and compatibility

All products are digital. Keep a backup of your downloads. Make sure your system meets the requirements on the product page. A preview or a test checkout doesn’t grant access to unreleased software.

Problems and refunds

If a product doesn’t work as described, contact hello@latehours.studio. Our refund policy explains how requests are handled. These terms don’t limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
