You can request a refund within 14 days of purchasing Phosphor Pro.
Request a refund
Email hello@latehours.studio with your order number, the email used at checkout and a short explanation. Send your request within 14 days of purchase. You don’t need to troubleshoot a problem first.
How refunds work
Payments and refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
A refunded Phosphor Pro licence can no longer activate Pro. Existing activations return to Free when the app next checks the licence.
Free products
Tube Kit Vol. 1 is free. If you have trouble downloading or using the files, email us for help.
Your rights
This policy doesn’t limit rights you have under applicable consumer law. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds under its own refund and chargeback policy.
