For an order, include the email you used at checkout and your order number. For a bug, tell us your macOS version, which app you were using, and what happened. A screenshot helps. Don’t send your full licence key.
Downloads
Phosphor’s public installer is not available yet. You can see the app and compare its looks.
For files delivered through Lemon Squeezy, use the download link in your receipt. Check your spam folder if the receipt is missing.
Activate Phosphor Pro
Your Lemon Squeezy receipt includes a licence key. Open Phosphor, go to Setup → Licence, and enter the key. The app and the Resolve plugin read the same licence on that Mac.
You need an internet connection to activate. Once activated, Phosphor works offline. It checks the licence again occasionally when you’re online.
Moving to another Mac
Deactivate the licence in Phosphor on the old Mac before activating it on the new one. If you’ve lost access to the old Mac or hit an activation limit, email us with your order number.
Tube Kit usage
You can use the clips in personal and commercial projects. Credit is optional. Don’t resell the pack or share the source files as a download. The product page has format details and editing tips.
