This website

The storefront doesn’t use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or a customer account system. Our hosting provider, Fly.io, may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to serve the site and keep it running.

We save your browser’s time zone in a functional cookie so sale end times can be shown in your local time on future visits. It expires after one year and is not used for tracking.

Videos and fonts are served from our site. The site doesn’t upload your footage.

Purchases

Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment processing, receipts, and order records. We can access order information such as your name, email address, purchased product and order status to provide support. We don’t receive or store your full payment card details.

Checkout is covered by Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy.

Phosphor licences

Activation uses your licence key, your Mac’s name and a hashed machine identifier. We use this to check the purchase, manage activation limits and issue a licence for that Mac. Lemon Squeezy stores licence and activation records.

The signed licence stored on your Mac contains your name, email, licence key and machine identifier. Your footage stays on your machine; it isn’t sent to our licence service.

Support emails

When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any files you choose to attach. We use them to respond and investigate the problem. Send only what’s needed, and remove confidential information from screenshots.

Keeping and sharing information

We keep information as needed to provide products and support, maintain order records and meet applicable obligations. Our service providers process information needed for hosting, email and checkout. We don’t sell your personal information.

To ask about access, corrections or deletion, email hello@latehours.studio. Some purchase records may need to be retained. We’ll explain that when we respond.
